硬质合金作为现代工业的牙齿,其质量控制是生产的主要事项,任何一个生产工艺流程都必须严谨务实,硬质合金成分结构直接影响到性能关系。
Cemented carbide as the teeth of modern industry, its quality control is the main matter of production, any production process must be rigorous and pragmatic, and the composition of cemented carbide directly affects the performance relationship.
The properties of cemented carbide are affected by the composition and structure of the hard phase and the bonding phase. In general, when the hard phase content is high and the grain is fine, the alloy has high hardness, good wear resistance and poor impact resistance. When there is a lack of carbon in the alloy, the η phase (decarburization phase) appears, the alloy performance becomes brittle, the titanium carbide or tantalum carbide content is high, the red hardness of the alloy is improved, the anti-crescent wear ability is enhanced, and the cutting performance of the carbide blade is better.
The composition and structure of the bonding phase also have an important effect on the properties of cemented carbide. In the production of cemented carbide, Co is a good bonding metal, compared with Ni, Fe, Co and hard phase wettability is good, the cemented cemented carbide performance is usually higher than Ni, Fe bonding. Due to the low magnetic properties of Ni and good corrosion resistance, WC-Ni, as a non-magnetic alloy or corrosion resistant alloy, is superior to WC-Co alloy in performance.
Carbon and iron form stable Fe3C, which hinders the bonding and sintering of cemented carbide. And iron is easy to form a brittle ternary compound with carbides, so that the brittleness of the alloy increases, although the hardness of iron cemented cemented carbide is not low, but the strength of the cobalt cemented alloy gap is large.
In order to strengthen the bonding phase and improve the properties of cemented carbide, new bonding phases with different compositions and structures were developed. Co was alloyed with W and C to produce a cobalt alloy with eutectic composition. The theoretical eutectic temperature was 1280℃ and the melting point was low, which was conducive to the densification of sintered billet at low temperature.
The red hardness and creep resistance of cemented carbide were improved by adjusting the composition of the bonding phase, and good results were obtained. If Co-Ni-Cr-Mo-Al superalloy is used to replace the traditional Co bonding phase, the cemented cemented carbide blade blade has a longer service life and better cutting deformation resistance than the Co bonding phase.
