Cemented carbide die material

"Rheniumet" mold materials are produced by adding rare metals to hard alloy materials. Compared to traditional hard alloy molds, these molds offer higher production efficiency, better workpiece quality, and longer mold life.

Tungsten Alloy Vibrator

Accessories:

The tungsten alloy vibrator is the core component of a motor's vibration device, functioning as an eccentric unit for the motor. It is primarily applied in fields such as smartphones, electric toothbrushes, and beauty devices .

This component utilizes a tungsten alloy material with a W-Ni-Cu formulation (tungsten content 95%), achieving a density of up to 18.6 g/cm³ . This high density allows for a smaller volume under the same weight, meeting the critical requirement for a high weight-to-volume ratio in vibration components . The material possesses properties including being non-magnetic, resistant to high temperatures, oxidation, and corrosion . Liquid-phase sintering technology is employed to enhance its densification and tensile strength (800-1500 MPa) . The manufacturing process involves Metal Injection Molding (MIM), where metal powder is mixed with a binder and injection molded, ensuring high precision and a uniform microstructure .

Its operating principle relies on an electric current triggering the vibrator to generate eccentric motion. This creates a shift in the center of gravity, resulting in continuous vibration . The component is designed to withstand the high temperatures, pressure, and friction encountered during high-speed rotation. It is well-suited for applications like electric toothbrushes and beauty devices that demand precise weight control and sensitive tactile feedback .
